Rates and Inclusions
Rates are based on single or double occupancy, per day.
All reservations include one off-street parking space (subject to availability). Parking is located next door in the restaurant parking lot.
Gift certificates are available, valid for one year from issuance, and are not refundable.
State, local and bed taxes will apply and are not reflected in the base room rates.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are fully refundable if cancellation to reservation is made (14) fourteen days, or more, prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made (13) thirteen days, or less, prior to scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Early departures, or unused portions of stay, are non-refundable.
General Policies
The Inn of Lake George permits adult guests ages 18+ only. Children ages 17 and under are not permitted to stay overnight.
Two (2) adults maximum per room.
Due to limited number of rooms available, cancellation and reservation policies are strictly enforced.
The Inn of Lake George, and immediate surrounding premises, is a smoke-free environment. Evidence found of guests smoking within the premises will incur a $500.00 smoke mitigation fee and guests will be escorted from the premises immediately.
Candle burning in rooms and bathrooms is strictly forbidden.
Linen Usage: To be environmentally sensitive, bed linens and bath towels will be changed upon request only.
The Inn of Lake George cannot accommodate guest pets at any time, unless guest provides a valid ADA Service Animal certificate.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Check-out time is 11:00 am, unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Damage Policy
Guests are liable for any damage caused (whether via a deliberate, negligent, or reckless act to the room(s), hotel premises or property) caused by said guest or any person in said guest’s party, whether or not staying at the property, during that stay. The Inn of Lake George has the right to charge the credit card/debit card/cash in such amount as it shall in its sole discretion deemed necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by The Inn of Lake George as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, The Inn of Lake George reserves the right to charge the method of payment for any damage incurred to the room or the property during that stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, excessive cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. The Inn of Lake George will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment, including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, etc., as well as damage to sheets (from, for example, permanent marker, dyed hair color, fruit color or unremovable stains) will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value, plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
